Busiby is new to the US — here is how we handle reviews.

We're just getting started in the US

We launched our US service recently, so we don't have US customer reviews to show yet. Rather than borrow reviews from elsewhere, we'll publish genuine reviews from US customers here as they come in.

How we handle reviews

  • After every trip we invite the customer to leave a review — whatever their experience.
  • We never pay for reviews or write them ourselves.
  • We don't remove or hide negative reviews; we reply and try to put things right.
