Busiby Ltd ("Busiby", "we", "us") operates https://www.busiby.com/us/ and arranges charter transportation in the United States. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use our US website or book with us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Identifiers and contact details — name, email address, phone number
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, group size, luggage and special requirements (for example, accessibility needs you choose to tell us about)
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
• Messages you send us by email, phone, web form or WhatsApp

Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser, device and usage information, including pages visited
• Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising cookies (see section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare quotes, arrange your trip and manage your booking
• To take payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud
• To send booking confirmations and updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp
• To provide customer support
• To measure and improve our website and advertising
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Charter operators — the licensed operator performing your trip receives the trip details and the lead passenger's name and phone number so the driver can contact you
• Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, messaging (Meta/WhatsApp), mapping (Google Maps), hosting and IT
• Analytics and advertising partners — such as Google, through cookies on our site (see section 6)
• Authorities — where required by law

5. WhatsApp and Text Messages

If you give us a phone number that uses WhatsApp, we may send one transactional message confirming your request and booking reference, and booking updates after that. We do not send marketing messages by WhatsApp or SMS without your consent. Reply "STOP" to any message, or email support@busiby.com, to opt out.

6. Cookies, Advertising and Your Opt-Out Choices

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics) and to measure our online advertising (Google Ads). Under some US state laws, using advertising cookies may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: you can opt out by emailing support@busiby.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share", by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or by turning on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out request.

7. How Long We Keep Information

• Booking and payment records: up to 6 years, for tax and accounting purposes
• Quote requests that don't become bookings: up to 2 years
• Marketing preferences: until you opt out

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and share, and get a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, email support@busiby.com. We will verify your identity before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Security and International Transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Busiby is based in the United Kingdom, so your information may be processed in the UK and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. School and youth group bookings are made by adult organizers.
