Who We Are
Busiby was started by people who have spent well over a decade in group transportation — quoting trips, coordinating drivers and building relationships with the bus companies that move groups every day. Busiby Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, where we also serve groups, and we've brought the same approach to the US.
We don't own buses. Instead, we work with a network of independent, FMCSA-authorized charter operators. When you request a quote, we find the right vehicle from an operator we've checked, agree a clear price, and stay with you through to drop-off.
That means one point of contact, one all-inclusive quote and no calling round half a dozen bus companies — whether you're moving 12 people to the airport or 500 to a convention.
Our Standards
Before we book an operator for your trip, we check:
A valid USDOT number and active FMCSA passenger operating authority where required.
Commercial liability insurance at the level federal rules require for the vehicle size.
The operator's public FMCSA safety data, before every new partnership.
Drivers with the right commercial driver's license (CDL) and endorsements for the vehicle.
