What if our flight is delayed?

Share your flight numbers when you book. We track arrival times and work with the operator to adjust the pickup. Extended waiting time may be chargeable and will be agreed with you first.

Is there room for everyone's luggage?

Full-size charter buses and mini coaches have under-floor luggage bays. For vans and shuttle buses, tell us how many bags, golf clubs, strollers or equipment cases you have so we can size the vehicle correctly.

Can you drop off at several hotels from MCO?

Yes — multi-stop hotel drop-offs are common. Share every address when you request a quote and we'll plan the route.

What is included in the price?

Your quote includes the vehicle, a professional driver and fuel for the confirmed itinerary. Anything else that applies — tolls, parking, airport fees or overnight driver lodging on multi-day trips — is shown on the quote before you book.

Who operates the bus?

Busiby is a booking service. Your trip is run by an independent charter operator with active FMCSA authority and the insurance it requires. Ask us at any time for the operator's name and USDOT number.
