Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Busiby.
All reservations made through Busiby are governed by these Terms & Conditions. A booking is confirmed once Busiby has provided confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
"Busiby" refers to Busiby and its representatives. "Hirer" means the person or organisation making the booking. "Passengers" means all persons travelling under the booking.
Busiby is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
Unless confirmed in writing, Busiby does not provide any additional warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding services provided.
Busiby may amend, suspend, or cancel a booking where a journey cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to operational issues, vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided where applicable.
Prices are based on operating costs and supplier rates in effect at the time of travel. Prices may be adjusted due to fuel costs, supplier charges, taxes, or exchange rate changes.
The Hirer is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or losses caused by passengers. Additional costs may be recovered where necessary.
Routes are determined by Busiby unless otherwise agreed. Changes to the agreed route may result in additional charges.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Quotations do not guarantee vehicle availability.
A minimum 40% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before travel unless agreed otherwise in writing.
No refund is normally available once the journey has commenced.
Busiby may use licensed third-party operators and substitute vehicles where required.
Drivers may refuse travel or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour presents a safety risk. No refund will be payable in such circumstances.
Passengers must notify Busiby of delays. Failure to meet the driver, incorrect booking information, or failure to attend the collection point may be treated as a No Show. No refunds apply in No Show cases.
Passengers must be ready at the agreed collection time, follow the itinerary, behave appropriately, and keep the vehicle clean. Trailer requests must be made in advance and may incur charges.
The following are prohibited on all Busiby vehicles:
The Hirer is responsible for tolls, ferries, congestion charges, parking fees, and similar travel costs unless agreed otherwise.
Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Duplicate or overpayments will be refunded. No administration fee is charged for refunds.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@busiby.com.
Child seats are used at the parent or guardian's discretion. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of passengers. Seatbelts must be worn where fitted. Driver decisions relating to safety are final.
By paying a deposit, making full payment, or travelling under a booking arranged by Busiby, the Hirer and all passengers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
