We collect and process the following personal data:

  • Name, email address, and phone number provided during enquiry or booking
  • Journey details (pickup location, destination, dates, passenger count)
  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party payment providers — we do not store card numbers)
  • Communications you send us (emails, contact form messages)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and pages visited

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and fulfil your booking enquiry
  • Contact you to confirm booking details and follow up
  • Send you booking confirmations and receipts
  • Improve our services and website experience
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases (UK GDPR Article 6):

  • Contract: to fulfil a booking you have made with us

  • Drivers and sub-contractors necessary to fulfil your booking

6. Data Retention

We retain booking data for 7 years to meet HMRC and legal requirements. Enquiry data that does not result in a booking is deleted after 12 months. You may request earlier deletion where this does not conflict with our legal obligations.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") where applicable
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
